Peter Odhiambo Owoko, Director of Policy, State Department for Agriculture, Kenya, was one of the speakers for the Policy Dialogue on : Value for money in agricultural value chains - Strengthening Public Finance Management Systems in Malawi in October.

Drawing on multi-country experiences, during a presentation, he highlighted practical mechanisms that connect producers, processors, and markets with tailored financing solutions. The presentation explored how coordinated policies and innovative financial instruments are strengthening value chains and delivering measurable returns for governments, youth, and agribusinesses.
