From 9 – 10 December 2025, CABRI’s Management Committee (MC) gathered for its 35th quarterly meeting at the African Development Bank Group offices in Centurion, South Africa.
The meeting was chaired by Mr Alaye Barra, Head of the Budget Monitoring Unit, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, The Gambia, and chairperson of the MC for the period 2025 -2027. CABRI’s MC comprises Mr Benjamin MBERIO, Director of Financial Control, Ministry of Finance and Budget, Central African Republic; Mr Issac Fraikue, Chief Budget Analyst, Ministry of Finance, Ghana; Mrs Tithokoze Samuel, Head of Cash Management, Ministry of Finance, Malawi; and Ms Maleshoane Lekomola, Budget Controller, Ministry of Finance, Budget Department, Lesotho.
