Building on the institutional strengthening achieved since the 2023/24 financial year, CABRI remains well positioned to pursue its Expansion Phase. The 2024–2029 Strategic Plan – reflecting the priority needs of member countries and partners – places Public Finance Management (PFM) at the centre, with a focus on maturing CABRI’s customised methodological approaches to extend support to countries during the ongoing global fiscal crisis.

The 2024/25 financial year marks the completion of the first year of this five-year plan.
